Juno what's going on?
I do. Working on another Dorian Zoyd track called Polymer.
This is the track I'm seeing as the conclusion of the next Dorian Zoyd release, and it needed a going through to develop the loops and production.
One of the parts that came under "production" was the bass, for which I had been using Togu Audio Line's TAL-U-NO-LX synth plugin, which emulates Roland's iconic Juno 60. The sound I was using was a bit flat and needed some life.
But wait! I actually own a Roland Juno-106 (pictured). And I wasn't using it in this song. So I decided to try to replicate the plugin's sound on my original hardware, and got remarkably close (considering the models are slightly different). From there I made some changes to add some additional dynamic to the sound.
Polymer is sounding much better now.
